Giro Valli Aretina ME1.2 150km 25/6/06

South Australia.com AIS rider, Matt Lloyd was fifth yesterday, in the Giro Valli Aretina, near Arezzo in Italy. Team mate Jonny Clarke was ninth with the win going to Federico Canuti from Futura Team. The race was run in extremely got conditions, made worse for our guys when we experienced car problems and had to scramble to get water to the riders. Matt Lloyd joined another 4 riders in a break over the last climb, 20 kilometers from the finish but faded in the final kilometers.
